This year, International Women’s Day is calling on everyone to promote involvement and opportunities for all at every level with its theme #InspireInclusion.
It’s a sentiment we take to heart at GAC.
"A sense of belonging and knowing your contribution is valued is vital to happiness – that’s what inclusion is all about,” says Patrik Halldén, Group Vice President for Human Resources. “After nearly 26 years with GAC, I can comfortably say that we value, include and provide opportunities for all our people regardless of their gender, nationality or anything other than their expertise, experience and potential.
“Every member of the global GAC family is an important part of our Group and its success.”
All staff are also encouraged to enrich their knowledge to further their careers through courses offered by the GAC Corporate Academy.
Speak out
We asked some of our GAC colleagues around the world - who happen to be female - what inclusion means to them.
Call to action
Every year on 8 March, International Women's Day (IWD) celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and issues a call to action to accelerate equality.
Join us again this year in celebrating and promoting inclusion for #IWD2024.
