A yacht race will take place from Hong Kong to the Philippines on 5 April 2023 (Wednesday). About 21 yachts are expected to participate in the race.
The race will start at 1120 hours on 5 April 2023 off the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter, then follow an easterly route through the Harbour and Tathong Channel, thence to the Philippines.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity of the racing route should proceed with caution, giving practical consideration to the contestants. Compliance with the provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 is mandatory.
