Dhamra Port shall be withdrawing the applicable charges from the vessels using open loop scrubber within the Dhamra Port Limits with immediate effect until further notice issued or being intimated by the DG shipping on the resolution of green port initiative and guidelines for using VLSFO by all the vessels in port limits.
