Vessels calling at the port of Cotonou for loading or discharge operation are allowed entry.
Port Health will board all calling vessels to screen the crew before free pratique is granted for cargo operations. Crew condition reports will be submitted to the port including other pre-arrival documents.
No crew change is allowed in Benin until further notice from the government.
