There are no restrictions imposed by port authorities Saudi Arabia for vessels arriving from Pakistan, India, etc.
Masters must send the updated crew list and mention the same in Maritime Declaration Health message prior to arrival along with the updated crew body temperature report daily from 72 hours prior to arrival to the appointed agents/terminal.
Further, at Yanbu, if the vessel’s last port was in India, fumigation is required to be conducted at anchorage before vessel’s berthing. Masters should send the Health Declaration forms for all crew members and the Master’s Declaration Letter to the agent together with the pre-arrival documents.
