A Restricted Area will be established on 8 and 9 April 2024 from 2100 hours to 2359 hours; and on 10 April 2024 from 1900 hours to 2100 hours, in Victoria Harbour off Harbour City to facilitate a drone performance in connection with China’s first domestically built polar scientific research icebreaker “Xue Long 2” visiting Hong Kong.
The Restricted Area is bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 17.783’N / 114 deg. 10.083’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.659’N / 114 deg. 09.620’E
(C) 22 deg. 17.848’N / 114 deg. 09.581’E
(D) 22 deg. 17.933’N / 114 deg. 10.046’E
During the aforementioned periods, no vessels, other than Government launches or vessels engaged in the said event, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
