New rules relating to travel to and from the United Kingdom have come into effect.
From 4 October, the previous ‘traffic light’ system for countries was changed to a red list and non-red list set of rules.
Under the guidance on the Government websites, this will not adversely affect any of the present job/sectoral exemptions that are currently in place for work purposes, such as those for seafarers.
