For approximately three months, marine site investigation works involving drilling of boreholes [are being] carried out in the following locations (WGS 84 Datum):
(A) 22° 17.534’N / 114° 15.122’E
(B) 22° 17.456’N / 114° 15.084’E
(C) 22° 17.323’N / 114° 15.073’E
(D) 22° 17.328’N / 114° 14.955’E
(E) 22° 17.266’N / 114° 14.892’E
(F) 22° 17.067’N / 114° 14.820’E
(G) 22° 17.226’N /114° 14.808’E
(H) 22° 17.273’N / 114° 14.754’E
The works [are being] carried out by one flat-top work barge, two jack-up barges and one work boat. One tug provides assistance. Vessels engaged in the works display signals as prescribed in international and local regulations.
A working area of approximately 50 metres around each barge is established. Yellow marker buoys fitted with yellow flashing lights are laid to mark the positions of the anchors extending from the flat-top work barge. Yellow flashing lights are installed at the four corners of each jack-up barge to indicate its position.
The hours of work are from 0800 to 1800 hours. No works will be carried out on Sundays and public holidays. Vessels employed for the works will stay in the works locations outside the hours of work.
Vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution.
