The ICA system will be under-going maintenance on 04 June 2023 from 0001hrs to 0800hrs. During the maintenance period, ICA e-services in digitalPORT@SGTM will not be available. Shipping agents are advised not to submit any crew related applications during this period as the applications will not be processed in view of the maintenance.
For urgent application (e.g., arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off), shipping agents can access the CREW FormSG via https://go.gov.sg/vesselandcrewmatters.
Shipping agents can also contact ICA PCS at [email protected].
Alternatively, for manual applications (e.g. arrival, departure, sign-on, sign-off), shipping agents can duly complete and submit the application form via the link provided in digitalPORT@SGTM Maintenance Notice during the maintenance period.
