With effect from 1130 hours to 1300 hours on 20 December 2022, a Restricted Area will be established to the west of Kau Sai Chau for conducting an exercise led by the Hong Kong Police Force.
The Restricted Area is formed by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D):
(A) 22° 21.730’N / 114° 17.960’E
(B) 22° 21.389’N / 114° 17.960’E
(C) 22° 21.389’N / 114° 18.173’E
(D) 22° 21.732’N / 114° 18.173’E
Launches of the Marine Police and Marine Department will patrol or be stationed in the vicinity of the Restricted Area.
During the aforementioned period, no vessels, other than Government launches and exercise participants, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
