Here is the latest update and additional requirements for on-signers effective from 1 September:
On-signers
This is effective 1 September - passenger who arrives at Japan airport at 0001hrs LT 01 September or later will be applicable. The completed certificate must be provided to the agent once available via email. From 1 September, only COVID-19 positive personnel will be refused entry to Japan and isolated at an authorised facility. Other crews from the same batch will be released if their test result is negative.
