All Finnish ports and terminals operating as normally as possible. Due to COVID-19, social distancing should be exercised and physical meetings between crew and shore personnel are to be avoided.
Crew changes are allowed at all ports in Finland. Restricted nationality on-signers should obtain Schengen visas in their home country before joining vessels in Finland. Visas on arrival (maximum 15 days) may be obtainable with a special permission if the seafarers are unable to obtain the visa before traveling (for example, if the local consulate is closed due to COVID-19). For restricted nationality off signers, visas can be arranged by the agent.
Only cruise calls without passenger shore leave and ship cruises through Finnish territorial waters are allowed.
