GAC Norway is the country’s oldest shipping agency. Established in 1845 as Ole R. Olsen, it merged with the GAC Group in 2007 to become GAC Norway AS.

Since then the company has handled over 12,000 vessels in more than 100 ports along the Norwegian coast. We have branch offices in all the key O&G locations along the Norwegian coast, from Hammerfest in the north to Stavanger in the south. Our head office is in Bergen.

Bonded warehousing enables us to meet your needs for ship spares logistics and bonded storage. We handle around 12,000 shipments every year.

GAC Norway’s clients include prominent oil and shipping companies, surveyors and Engineering, Procurement & Construction companies (EPCs). Each branch office is available and working 24/7 and all necessary security measures are in place to optimise access control and minimise delivery time and costs.

All aspects of GAC Norway’s activities comply with the most stringent quality and Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) standards, including those included in the GAC Group Quality manual and Group HSSE system.

Oil & Gas Agency

GAC operates around the clock to manage crew changes and safely and efficiently deliver spares, provisions and mail to vessels at all Norwegian O&G terminals and major offshore ports. Our services include but are not limited to:

Tanker Agency

As competition has increased and prices have been squeezed, GAC Norway has developed centralised tanker operations that allow us to deliver consistently high levels of service at competitive rates. Our Tanker team operates around the clock, all year round, and combines the best of central tanker industry expertise with our strong local presence and know-how. We can offer:
